These terms apply to the orders and bookings you place with Asador Nogara through this app and its online store. Please read them before you confirm: by confirming, you accept them. 1. Who is who Asador Nogara is the business you are contracting with. It prepares, sells, provides and delivers whatever you order or book, and it is answerable for it. A2GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), with its address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #16007, Casper, WY 82609, USA, is only the provider of the software that Asador Nogara uses to manage its orders and bookings. A2GROUP LLC does not sell or prepare the products, does not provide the services, does not deliver anything, and is not a party to the contract between you and Asador Nogara. 2. What you are contracting, and when The contract of sale or of service is formed between you and Asador Nogara when Asador Nogara accepts your order or confirms your booking. Until then, your order is a request. If Asador Nogara does not accept it within a reasonable time, the order is cancelled automatically and no contract comes into being; if you had already paid, Asador Nogara arranges the refund. 3. Prices, menu and availability Prices, the menu or catalogue, opening hours, delivery areas and availability are set and kept up to date by Asador Nogara. The amount charged to you is the one shown when you confirm the order, calculated at that moment from the details of your order. If something becomes unavailable after you confirm, Asador Nogara will contact you to offer an alternative or refund you. 4. Product information, allergens and safety Descriptions, photos, ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, contraindications and warnings are published and maintained by Asador Nogara, which is also answerable for hygiene, food safety, and for the licences, insurance and permits its activity requires. If you have an allergy or intolerance, or any condition relevant to a service, tell Asador Nogara directly before ordering or booking (asadornogaraehijos@gmail.com · +34956614700): do not rely on what is shown on screen alone. A2GROUP LLC merely displays the information Asador Nogara enters and does not verify it. 5. Payments and invoicing Payment is processed through the payment gateway Asador Nogara has contracted, and the money from your purchase goes to Asador Nogara. You enter your card details in the gateway: neither Asador Nogara nor A2GROUP LLC stores your full card number or security code. The invoice or receipt, and any applicable taxes, are Asador Nogara's responsibility. 6. Cancellations and refunds Cancellation, exchange and refund terms are set by Asador Nogara, within what the law allows. Note that in some cases the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply: for example, to perishable food, to items made to your specification, or to services booked for a specific date. This does not affect your rights if what you receive is in poor condition, is not what you ordered, or does not match what was agreed. 7. Delivery, timings and order status Any times shown are estimates given by Asador Nogara, not commitments by A2GROUP LLC. Preparation, delivery and provision of the service are carried out by Asador Nogara or whoever it appoints. Status updates and tracking are informational aids and may be delayed or fail for technical or coverage reasons: if something does not look right with your order, speak to Asador Nogara. 8. Proper use of the app Use the app in good faith: give accurate details, keep your account and access protected, and do not use it for unlawful purposes, to place false orders, or to interfere with its operation or security. Asador Nogara may refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable ground to do so, such as fraudulent use or a breach of these terms. 9. The software: availability and limits The app is provided as it stands at any given time. It depends on the internet, your device, app stores and third-party providers, so there may be maintenance, changes, errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, A2GROUP LLC is not liable for loss arising from the unavailability or operation of the app, nor for Asador Nogara's products, services, information, prices, breaches, delays or decisions. 10. Your rights as a consumer Nothing above limits or excludes the rights the law gives you as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be excluded by contract, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory rule applicable in your country, that part does not apply and the rest remains in force. You always keep the complaint routes and consumer bodies the law makes available to you. 11. Complaints Any complaint about an order, a booking, a charge, a delay or the quality of what you received goes to Asador Nogara (asadornogaraehijos@gmail.com · +34956614700). If the problem is how the app works, you can write to contact@a2group.llc. 12. Your data How your personal data is handled is explained in Asador Nogara's privacy policy; Asador Nogara is the controller of that data. A2GROUP LLC processes it solely on Asador Nogara's behalf in order to provide the service. 13. Changes to these terms Asador Nogara may update these terms. The version published at the time you confirm your order or booking is the one that applies.

This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you place an order or make a booking with Asador Nogara through this app or its online store. Only the sections matching the features Asador Nogara has enabled apply: not every business uses home delivery, client records, loyalty programmes or notifications. 1. Who is responsible for your data The data controller is Asador Nogara. It decides what data it asks you for, what it uses it for and how long it keeps it, and it is the party you should address for any complaint or to exercise your rights. Who provides the software A2GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), with its address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #16007, Casper, WY 82609, USA, develops and operates the software Asador Nogara uses to manage its orders and bookings. A2GROUP LLC acts as data processor: it processes your data solely on behalf of Asador Nogara, on its instructions and in order to provide the contracted service. A2GROUP LLC does not determine the purposes of this processing, does not sell your data, does not disclose it for third-party advertising, does not use it for its own purposes other than providing and maintaining the service, and does not mix one business's customer data with another's. It is also not a party to your purchase or booking: the products or services are provided by Asador Nogara. 3. What data is processed and why Contact and order or booking details: your name, phone number, email address and, where there is home delivery, the address, postcode and any instructions you add. These are used to prepare and deliver your order or handle your appointment, keep you informed of its status and reach you if a problem arises. Details of what you order or book: products or services, amounts, time slot, delivery method and any notes you write. These are used to run the operation, handle complaints and comply with Asador Nogara's accounting and tax obligations. Customer account, if you register: your profile details, saved addresses and order or booking history. Loyalty, if Asador Nogara has it enabled: your points or stamps, redemptions and related movements. Reviews, if you leave one: the rating and the comment. Notifications, if you install the app and accept them: a device identifier so that alerts about your order or appointment can be sent to you. Technical and security data: access logs, IP address and app activity, used to keep the service running, prevent abuse and diagnose incidents. 4. Health data and other sensitive data In hairdressing, beauty or gym businesses, the client record may include allergies, intolerances, injuries or technical notes. These are special category data (Article 9 GDPR) and should only be collected with your explicit consent; that consent is recorded together with its date and the version of the text you accepted. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting Asador Nogara. These fields are stored encrypted in the database and are only decrypted to show them to the Asador Nogara staff attending to your service. They are not used to segment you or for advertising, and they are not shared outside Asador Nogara except where legally required. If Asador Nogara keeps before-and-after photographs of you, those images are not published at open addresses: they are stored in a private area and are only shown through authenticated staff access. 5. Payment data If you pay by card, the card details are entered directly into the payment gateway contracted by Asador Nogara. Neither Asador Nogara nor A2GROUP LLC stores your full card number, its expiry date or the CVV. For each payment, the amount, currency, status, the gateway's transaction identifier and an audit record of the charge are kept. If you choose to save a card for future purchases, the card is stored by the payment gateway, not by this app: all that remains here is a reference that allows the gateway to be asked to show you the brand and last four digits when you pay. You can delete that saved card from within the app. 6. Location during delivery If your order is delivered and Asador Nogara has tracking enabled, the position of the person delivering it is processed in order to show you the delivery in progress. Only their last known position is stored, not the route taken, and it stops being updated once the order is delivered or cancelled. No route history is kept. The app may use the delivery address or its coordinates to check that you are within the delivery area and to calculate delivery charges. 7. Who else sees your data In addition to Asador Nogara and its authorised staff, and A2GROUP LLC as the processor providing the software, your data may reach the payment gateway contracted by Asador Nogara, to take payment and handle refunds; the person carrying out the delivery, who sees what is needed to deliver the order (name, phone number, address and instructions); the push notification service (Expo, which in turn relies on Apple's and Google's services), if you have accepted notifications; the hosting and infrastructure providers A2GROUP LLC uses to operate the software, acting as sub-processors; and authorities or third parties to whom Asador Nogara is legally obliged to disclose the data. Your data is not sold or disclosed for third-party advertising. 8. Profiling and automated decisions No advertising profiles are built from your data, and no automated decisions are taken that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. 9. How long data is kept The retention period is decided by Asador Nogara, as the controller. As a general rule, your data is kept for as long as there is a relationship with you and, afterwards, for as long as applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations require, or as needed to handle or defend claims. A2GROUP LLC keeps the data for as long as Asador Nogara has the service contracted, and deletes or returns it as agreed with Asador Nogara when that relationship ends. 10. Security Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied: encryption of traffic between your device and the service, role-based access control for staff, separation of each business's data, database encryption of the health data in the client record and of the payment gateway credentials, and private storage of client photographs. No system is completely secure and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. 11. International transfers A2GROUP LLC is established in the United States, so the processing it carries out as processor may involve access to your data from outside the European Economic Area. Where data subject to the GDPR is processed, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR itself, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. Other providers, such as the payment gateway or the notification service, may process data outside the EEA under their own safeguards. 12. Your rights You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, request its restriction, ask for its portability, and withdraw at any time any consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal. If you prefer, you may write to contact@a2group.llc: A2GROUP LLC cannot itself resolve a request concerning data for which it is not the controller, but it will forward the request to Asador Nogara. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country; in Spain, with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). 13. Cookies and on-device storage The store and the app may use strictly technical cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember your basket or prevent an order from being lost when the page reloads. If Asador Nogara introduces technologies that are not strictly necessary, it must inform you and obtain your consent where required. 14. Changes If this policy changes, the version published here is always the one in force. Asador Nogara may replace this text with its own privacy policy at any time; until it does, this one applies.
